Inspiration

Design considerations: The small space had to show many different types of clothes and products, provide a changing room and make the bathroom inconspicuous.

Design approach: We wanted to make the space feel welcoming and larger than it seems. The client also needed a space also where a group could sit together and talk at their leisure. We started with a circle and then split it in two, having a welcoming area in front that you can navigate through or around into the rear space where a cozy room awaits. In order to handle all the different items, we looked to create a framework with standardized shelving and hanging systems. These form the curved walls dividing the spaces. The walls are received a gradient of paint from rich green to a yellow-green at the top, giving a warm feeling to the entire store.
