Design considerations: Our client wanted to take approximately half the floor space for themselves and provide a co-work space on the remainder of the floor..

Design approach: To provide a workspace for multiple groups we had to keep neutral. We designed a clean open space warmed up with wood flooring and uplighting throughout.
